Most accidents occur at home or at work. We can face those situations easily and calmly if we follow some basic guidelines to help others and might even save our own lives!
I invite you to learn this fundamental knowledge in only one day to feel prepared and confident in handling any emergency situation.
I am a certified trainer in First Aid and Use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED). I work together with the Spanish Society of Intensive Care Medicine (SEMICYUC).
This essential knowledge is taught in a clear and simple way with practical examples and exercises.
The aim of this course is to recognize an emergency situation and feel confident enough to use the techniques of CPR and the use an AED. You can learn all the basics to help an injured person or a person in danger.

Certificate: Oficial certificate of Semicyuc, valid internationally.
